Why pipeline stalls

Buyers don’t find you on one surface anymore.

Buyers and AI check the same places before they pick a tool. The brand that shows up across all of them gets recommended. We make that brand you.

Proof of the Search Monopoly

We have worked with dozens of CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Marketing Directors, bootstrapped founders, and CEOs.

So we understand how B2B buying decisions work.Meanwhile, most SEOs do not even think it is part of their job.

Robby Bryant, Lifecycle Marketing Leader @ Campaign Monitor

If another SaaS marketing executive or founder asked you why they should work with us, what would you tell them? In terms of the cost and quality multiple for the output, it's simply unbeatable. You put something stylish out there that's that's good for us to use. We've expanded our contract with you three times in five months.

So I'm telling executives across two brands.

So I tell people, you're never gonna get this quality of content at this rate or speed. Would you say that we are an SEO partner that you would recommend to others and would work with long term as needed? Absolutely. I look for opportunities to introduce you guys when the situation warrants.

Even when I'm thinking about what I wanna do in the future, I definitely think, yeah, we should definitely bring Talk the Talk along. So you guys are definitely on our minds. You know the SEO discipline. You know the landscape very well.

It's hard to imagine someone is gonna be your overall package of just quality, attentiveness, and price. You're you're positioned well.

Christian Bonnier, Co-founder @ ListKit

What's going on y'all? Christian here from ListKit. Wanted to give a big shout out to Tameem and his team over at Talk the Talk. These guys have been handling SEO and content for us for over a year. When we first started working with them, we were considering working with big name players like Neil Patel. But ultimately, Tameem got our business because of how much attention to detail they put into our content strategy, our Reddit strategy, our AEO, AI optimization strategy. And since we started working with them, our organic traffic to our money pages, sign ups, free trials has more than doubled, which to us is worth over thirty thousand dollars a month in traffic just from the amount of people that are coming to our site

Luke Alexander, Founder @ Kendo

What's up guys? Luke Alexander here, founder of Kendo. I just wanted to shoot this very quickly and send you guys over a testimonial for Tameem. They've been phenomenal. We worked with them early on when we launched Kendo to do a lot of this AEO, the sort of AI SEO.

A lot of our blogs, lot of our compare pages, and a lot of this sort of generative search AI that you have to do to actually rank, whether it's through the LLMs themselves or just search traffic, you know, Google and typical SEO and that sort of thing. They've been super super great to work with. Haven't had any problems at all. Very responsive.

I don't do testimonials ever. I highly recommend these guys especially they price very well for what they do. So if you have any questions at all about whether it's worth it, whether they provide a good service, I am very [inaudible] our contractors and they've done a phenomenal job. So thank you, Tameem. Thank you rest of the team. And yeah, I got my seal of approval.

Ezenwa Onukwue, Founder & CEO @ Grantboost

SEO has been one of our primary levers of growth. And so we've always been really in tune with what are the keywords that our customers are looking for, and what are the topics and clusters of topics that'll help us kinda provide value to them, but also help build brand awareness for our business and for our product. I think overall, the communication was pretty easy. I do think there was a lot of, good topics that you guys provided and thought leadership that we probably wouldn't have thought to, like, write about these topics or think about these are high intent things.

So it was nice to have like more of that surface up to us versus having to go look for it. I think we're definitely seeing more clicks than we were seeing before the partnership started. I would say the partnership's worth it. But yeah, I think overall, I think the process was easy.

Yeah. Getting a better brand awareness, like in front of our customers.

Kyle Bigley, TxtCart Founder & CEO

Would you say we're a partner you'd recommend to other companies who are looking to increase organic search presence on Google and ChatGPT too?

Yeah. Hundred percent.

Hey, guys. I have Kyle Bigley with me here today, founder and CEO of TxtCart. Kyle followed me back in November, and I reached out to him. And I basically just pitched him, and we started working together.

He was working with an agency before that. And since then, it's been, I think, about six months. And in this quick video, we're just gonna talk about a little bit about his experience and, like, the results we've seen so far from that. Let's go from there.

Cool. Alright. So what problem or growth plateau led you to seek out an SEO partner?

This was originally or when I came to you?

When you came to me. Yeah.

Got it. Yeah. I mean, we were working with, an agency that was doing SEO for forget the exact time frame, but it was a while. It was probably a year.

They were just like a friend of a friend connection, and they got us started. But to be honest, we just never felt like we were seeing dividends on that investment. We weren't super ecstatic with the quality of work and the communication, and it just felt that it wasn't turning into a meaningful channel for us. So I felt like there was more to be had.

You know, you always hear about people talk about how good SEO can be for long term branding and awareness and kind of lowering cost for advertising campaigns and whatnot. Just thought that there might be a better opportunity out there. Wasn't super happy with the work that was being done, but it wasn't, like, super top of mind. I forget exactly how we got connected, but I know it was through social somehow.

I know you had shot over some case studies. It's impressive work. Obviously, I saw that you were hungry, and it looked like you did some good work. So I was willing to give it a shot.

And, yeah, I think the team has been, night and day difference. The communication has been a lot better. Just sort of the overall strategy has been better. We've we've seen the lift that we weren't seeing before.

And the biggest thing was you guys cleaned up, like, all of the meaningless, like, top of funnel, generic, keywords that we were previously, like, ranking for. So the other agency was, you know, writing a lot of content that was not really specific to our niche of being an ecom SaaS provider. So there was a lot of just, like, slop that was being written that was not generating, quality traffic, and it was just there to boost numbers. And, that just didn't really sit right with me, so I I kind of appreciated the candor from your side and the ability to kinda rectify that situation.

For sure. Talk a little bit about, like, the experience, like, just signing with us and, like, the onboarding experience from there and then how we steer the campaign from there. What was that experience like?

Do you think my memory is so good that I remember the onboarding from six months ago? I wanna say it was pretty seamless, but I'd be lying if I told you that the onboarding was like six months ago. I mean, we have a shared Slack channel. You guys are easy to communicate with back and forth. You send over, you know, a monthly report, with all the key information that I care about. If I have any questions, you know, I can ping the, you know, the team, Bobby, the designers, whoever it might be, for any issues, but typically not many issues. So, yeah, it was pretty easy to get started.

Communication's solid. Everything's pretty streamlined. So, yeah, it's been good. Cool. Cool. Cool.

And I guess, like, would you what's one thing you believe we did exceptionally well?

I think the ability that you guys have to write the blogs in a way that, like, is very informational, but also has a lot of CTAs and subtle promotions for the tech for the tech that you're writing for, right, not just for us. I think that and then also, like, the author section for me, the way that it's kind of structured and written, I think just the quality of the blogs is, like, five x better than what we were doing before.

Like I said, very in-depth, very informational structure and kind of the organization of them looks good. And then there again, there's plenty of linking in there and sort of subtle CTAs for getting started with TxtCart in this situation or whatever it might be. So that's probably the biggest thing.

Yeah. Perfecting the combination between, like, informational like, information and then also conversion optimization is definitely, like, a bit tricky. And so would you say that we're a partner that you'd recommend to others and other apps and other companies other companies? We're looking to increase your organic search presence and appear as one of the top search results on Google and ChatGPT.

Yeah. Hundred percent. I think we just did that post on Twitter and LinkedIn about our sort of secret hacks around the AIO as I coined it. But, yeah, you guys been a great partner and extension of our team on the SEO front. And for anyone that has a SaaS company or Shopify app, I've always highly recommended you guys, as the go to agency for it.

Awesome. Yeah. Alright. Well, thanks for that, Kyle. I yeah. The case study questions were, like, last minute.

I just had to be teased, like, them too much before this meeting, but I think that you covered a lot of great information, so that's awesome.

Cool. Thanks for that, man.

The model works under specific conditions.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

  • You sell B2B software or services with real search demand in your category.
  • You have proof your product wins when buyers actually compare you.
  • You want demos, signups, and customers, with results measured beyond traffic.
  • You are ready to convert more demand through sales conversations or a self-serve product.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You need a content-volume service rather than a customer acquisition strategy.
  • You're pre-revenue and nobody searches for your category yet.
  • You need immediate revenue before a search campaign has time to work.

Straight answers

What leaders typically ask before an engagement.

What does a 30% increase in monthly demos and signups mean?
It is the average result clients see after the AEO sprints: monthly demos and signups 30% above the baseline we measure before starting. For example, 100 demos and signups per month becomes 130 per month. It does not mean another 30% increase every month. The written guarantee covers getting you into the AI answers that drive the most business in your industry within 90 days; the 30% increase is not part of it.
How do you measure results?
Before launch, we agree which demo and signup events count, establish your monthly baseline, and confirm the attribution rules using your CRM and analytics. We compare results using the same rules and remove duplicates. For sales-led companies, that may be demos or sales calls; for self-serve, signups; for a hybrid model, both.
What happens if we don’t get you into those AI answers within 90 days?
You stop paying until we deliver. This applies if we haven’t gotten you into the AI answers that drive the most business in your industry within 90 days. We agree which answers count before starting and put the guarantee in writing.
We already rank #1 for our main keywords. Why would we need this?
Then you've already won one layer out of six. Your buyers still read the AI answer without clicking, still check Reddit and G2, and still ask ChatGPT to compare you against the shortlist. You can hold position one and lose the deal at a touchpoint nobody on your team owns. The report will show you, on your own category, whether that's happening.
Can't an AI tool do this for $99 a month?
The $99 tools auto-post replies from sock-puppet accounts and hope nothing gets banned. What actually moves AI answers and Reddit threads is judgment about what gets said, where, and by whom, plus pages, listicles, and review-platform presence built to be cited. Tools generate activity. We're accountable for the outcome, in writing.
I heard Reddit's share of ChatGPT answers dropped. Isn't this fragile?
The headlines miss the full picture. Google's AI Overviews still cite Reddit heavily, and so do other LLMs beyond ChatGPT. More importantly, buyers don't only meet Reddit through AI: they click into the threads themselves when they search your brand plus "reviews", because that's where the unfiltered opinions live. It's still a load-bearing stop in the B2B procurement journey. And that's exactly why we don't sell you one layer: the monopoly spans organic, paid, AI answers, Reddit, and G2 simultaneously, so when one layer shifts, the rest keep pointing buyers at you.
How fast do we actually see something?
Within 90 days. We get you into the AI answers that drive the most business in your industry within 90 days, or you stop paying until we deliver on that promise. After the AEO sprints, the average client sees a 30% increase in monthly demos and signups from Google and AI search, measured against the baseline we set before starting.
Do we have to replace our SEO agency or in-house team?
Depends which one. If it's an agency: we'd recommend switching to us, honestly. Running rankings with one vendor and ads, AI answers, Reddit, and G2 with another fragments the exact thing that makes the monopoly work: every surface reinforcing the others under one strategy, one roof, one accountable team. If it's an in-house team: we complement them. They keep owning your site and content; we put their work in front of buyers across the layers they can't reach alone, and the leak map shows both sides exactly where the gaps are.
Is the Reddit part safe for our brand?
This category has a reputation problem: sockpuppet farms, aged accounts, "undetectable" bots. That is not what we do. We contribute real, useful material to threads your buyers already read, and you approve everything before it goes live. The goal is being genuinely worth citing, which is also the only version that survives long-term.
How much of our time does this take?
About an hour for kickoff, then async approvals. The sprints run in parallel on our side; your team's job is to say yes or no to what we've prepared. If your calendar is the bottleneck, this is built for you.
What does it cost?
Your investment depends on your starting point, market, and the work required for your 90-day growth plan. We’ll outline the scope, investment, and written 90-day guarantee during your assessment, so you can decide with the details in front of you.
