    B2B Influencer Marketing Manager

    Remote · WorldwideFull-time

Partner our B2B clients with the LinkedIn and YouTube creators their buyers already trust. You'll own every deal end to end.

We're a Toronto-based search marketing firm building the Search Monopoly™ for 7 and 8 figure B2B and SaaS companies. The buyers here are founders, marketers and operators, not consumers. You find the creators they follow, close the partnership, and make sure it ships and gets measured.

    The difference

    Here's the part that's different.

Creator partnerships are part of how we get clients found. Creator videos and posts reach buyers directly, and they also become content that search engines and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite and learn from. So every partnership:

    • B2B buyers follow creators on LinkedIn and YouTube who already talk about their problems

    • YouTube videos and their transcripts are common source material for Google and AI answers

    • LinkedIn posts and social content give answer engines more places to learn who the client is

    • Every partnership adds to the client's presence across search, AI answers and social

One deal reaches buyers today and keeps building the client's search and AI visibility after it posts.

Mostly LinkedIn and YouTube, with podcasts, newsletters, Instagram and X where they fit. No consumer lifestyle campaigns, no fake engagement, no undisclosed posts.

    The role

    The process you'll own.

How a typical partnership runs, from first search to repeat deal.

    1. 01

      Find and vet creators

Find creators whose audience matches the client's buyers, then check engagement quality, comment depth and signs of fake followers.

      • LinkedIn
      • YouTube
      • Podcasts
      • Newsletters
    2. 02

      Reach out and follow up

Write personal outreach that shows you know their content, and follow up until you get a clear yes or no.

    3. 03

      Negotiate the deal

Agree the format, rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and timing.

      • Sponsorships
      • Integrations
      • Affiliate
      • Co-created content
      • Webinars
    4. 04

      Brief and contract

Write a clear brief, then coordinate the contract or SOW so both sides know exactly what ships and when.

    5. 05

      Review and publish

Review drafts for accuracy and fit, keep the creator's voice, make sure every post is properly disclosed, and schedule it.

    6. 06

      Track and report

Set up UTMs and promo codes, track clicks, signups and attributed pipeline, and report what worked.

    7. 07

      Grow the relationship

Turn the creators who perform into repeat partners, and keep a roster ready for the next client.

    The fit

What you'll bring, and how we'll back you.

    You bring

    • Creator deals you've closed

You've sourced, negotiated and run paid partnerships, ideally for B2B or SaaS brands.

    • A feel for B2B audiences

You can tell a creator founders and operators trust from one with a big, empty following.

    • Outreach that gets replies

Short, personal messages, steady follow-up, and calm negotiation.

    • Organized to the last detail

Briefs, contracts, deadlines, disclosures and tracking links, all handled.

    • Comfort steering AI tools

You use AI for research and first drafts, then make the work your own.

    • Bonus: a creator network

Existing relationships with B2B creators on LinkedIn or YouTube.

    We provide

    • Tools, paid for

We fund the Claude and Codex subscriptions you use for work, plus access to our client knowledge bases, workflows and approved tools.

    • Direct feedback

You work with Tameem and get regular direction as you grow into the wider role.

    • Your setup

You'll need fast, reliable internet and a computer that handles AI tools, video calls and content production. Tell us if anything needs support.

    • Shared hours

Part of your day overlaps with North American clients. Tell us your time zone and hours; we'll set the schedule together.

    Apply

    Let's see how you think.

A few quick screening questions, plus a short video. Be specific: we'd rather see real partnerships you ran than a polished CV.

    B2B Influencer Marketing Manager application

    Step 1You

We'll use this to follow up on your application.

    Step 2Record a 2 to 3 minute video

Please keep your camera on. We want to see how you communicate: your presence, your demeanor and your personality, alongside the work itself. It helps us judge fit on both sides.

Cover these four points and keep each one brief. Show real work where you can and keep confidential client information off screen.

    1. 01

Why you're a fit for this

    2. 02

A creator partnership you're proud of, and how you actually closed and ran it

    3. 03

How you're using AI right now, even outside of work

    4. 04

      How you keep getting better

Tell us how you grow, as a person and as a professional. What do you read, watch or listen to? Which habits or daily practices keep you sharp? What do you like to do in your free time?

We recommend Loom (free). A YouTube unlisted, Google Drive or Vimeo link works too.

Check that anyone with the link can view it.

    Step 3Experience

Have you personally sourced, negotiated and run paid partnerships with creators or influencers (not just gifting or one-off shoutouts)? *

Which platform do you know best for B2B creator work? *

Are you comfortable using AI tools (like Claude) daily to research creators and draft outreach and briefs, then editing them into your own voice? *

    Step 4Working together

Type your city, state or country, or a time zone like Eastern or Pacific.

Tell us your sustainable weekly availability.

When can you work each day? *

Times are in your time zone (Coordinated Universal Time).
