TalktheTalk Creative is now Kingmaker Search. Same team, same ownership, just rebranded.

    Actively interviewing

    Head of Content

    RemoteFull-time

Own what we publish, how it reads, and how it works for the client.

We're building content for B2B software companies with Claude, GPT, Codex, and client knowledge bases in GitHub. We need someone who can turn real product knowledge into excellent writing, a better reading experience, and measurable business results.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll write and edit, shape visuals and page layouts, communicate with clients, and own content delivery and technical SEO. You'll work directly with Tameem, including on keyword strategy.

    What you'll own

    01

Research that gives us something worth saying

Build and maintain each client's knowledge base in GitHub. Work from product documentation, customer conversations, original data, reviews on G2 and the client's website, and hands-on product research. Keep source links, dates, approved claims, customer quotes, and real screenshots organized so every piece starts with evidence.

    02

Content people actually want to read

Own briefs, writing, editing, and publishing. Use Claude, GPT, and Codex with the client knowledge base, then apply your own editorial judgment. Make every article specific, useful, clear, and natural to read. Verify facts and quotes, remove generic AI phrasing, and protect each client's voice and confidential information.

    03

The experience of reading, not just the words

Plan visual breaks, diagrams, charts, infographics, animations, and interactive product demos when they make an idea easier to understand. Explore the actual product, capture real screens, and turn them into accurate, reusable visual assets and animated mockups. Keep layouts accessible, readable on mobile, and true to the product. Charts need real data; mockups must never invent product capabilities.

    04

A clear connection to the product

Understand the reader's problem and show where the product helps. Choose useful in-content CTAs, sticky CTAs, and bottom banners based on the topic and reading experience. Measure qualified interest and conversions alongside search performance. Every visual and CTA should have a reason to be there.

    05

    SEO and client ownership

Be the main client contact for content and technical SEO: lead updates, ask good questions, explain recommendations, manage feedback, and own delivery. Contribute to keyword strategy with Tameem. Own technical SEO checks and improvements with Claude and Codex, including crawlability, internal links, metadata, structured data, and publishing QA. Review and verify automated changes before they ship.

    What you'll bring

    • Strong writing and editing judgment, with examples you can explain and results you can discuss.
    • Comfort researching unfamiliar software, checking sources, and translating product details into useful content.
    • A good eye for hierarchy, readability, visual explanations, and the point where a product CTA is helpful.
    • Clear, dependable client communication and the ability to manage priorities from research through delivery.
    • Willingness to learn keyword strategy, technical SEO, GitHub, and AI-assisted building. Tell us what you know today; you do not need to be an expert in every tool.

    How we'll support you

We fund the Claude and/or Codex subscriptions used for your work and provide access to our client knowledge bases, workflows, and approved tools. You'll get direction and feedback from Tameem as you learn the wider role.

You'll need reliable, fast internet and a computer capable of handling browser-based AI tools, video calls, and content production. Tell us if your setup needs support.

The work includes scheduled overlap with North American clients. Tell us your time zone and the hours you can consistently overlap with Eastern Time; we'll discuss the exact schedule together.

    Let's see how you think.

Record one 5–10 minute Loom using the talking points below, then answer the practical questions. An informal screen recording is fine; your camera can stay off. No unpaid client assignment is required. Example answers are guides to useful detail, not requirements to copy.

    1. You and your work

We'll use this to follow up on your application.

If you don't use LinkedIn, you can leave this blank.

    2. Show us your work on Loom

Cover these talking points in one video instead of writing separate answers. Show real examples where you can; if something is new to you, explain how you'd approach it. Keep confidential client information off screen.

    1. 1. Your writing and editing background

Summarize your relevant experience and the kinds of content you've owned. Focus on your work, not graduation dates.

    2. 2. A tour of 2–3 work samples

Share your screen and walk us through relevant pieces. Explain the audience, the goal, and exactly what you contributed. Only show material you're allowed to share.

    3. 3. A piece you made better

Show or describe what was weak, what you changed, why you changed it, and how you judged the result.

    4. 4. Research and AI in your workflow

Explain how you use Claude, GPT, or Codex, including any skills, plugins, or GitHub workflows. How would you build a client knowledge base from first-party product information, G2 or website testimonials, and real screenshots? Tell us how you'd verify facts and keep sources.

    5. 5. The reading experience and product connection

Show or describe where you'd add a diagram, chart, product screenshot, animation, or interactive demo. Explain how you'd make the page digestible and where an in-content or sticky product CTA would genuinely help.

Paste the share link and make sure our team can view it. No separate written experience, work-sample, research, or AI answers are needed. If recording is inaccessible, email careers@kingmakersearch.com for an alternative.

    3. SEO and client ownership

For example, choosing keywords for existing briefs is some practical experience; building and prioritizing topic clusters independently is strategy ownership. New to keyword research? Choose the learning option.

For example, understanding titles and internal links is basic familiarity; diagnosing crawl issues and implementing verified fixes is audit experience. It's fine to be starting from scratch.

Include keyword strategy, technical SEO, GitHub, visuals, or AI-assisted implementation. What support would help you become confident?

Describe relevant experience and how you'd handle feedback, explain a technical recommendation, or flag a delivery problem early.

    4. Working together

    For example: Asia/Karachi or UTC+5.

Tell us your sustainable weekly availability.

What hours can you consistently work within 9 a.m.–5 p.m. America/Toronto? Give your local hours too, and note whether daylight-saving changes are manageable.

Can your setup handle AI tools, video calls, and content production? Share practical details and any support you'd need. We fund work-related Claude/Codex subscriptions.

State whether the amount is monthly, annual, or hourly. Don't include current or past pay.

    5. Before you submit

We use your answers, Loom video, and work examples to assess your application and contact you about this role. Please don't include ID documents, birth dates, medical details, or confidential client material. If you need an accommodation to apply, email careers@kingmakersearch.com. Privacy policy.
